Owner & Operator
Jim Fadell founded Carolina Training and Assessments after more than 25 years with Fortune 500 companies. He earned a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and an MBA focused on Organizational Dynamics and Leadership. Jim is an engaging and highly sought speaker, experienced trainer, coach, and facilitator and has delivered hundreds of sessions on Leadership and Supervisory Skills, Team Building, and Team Performance as well as training on all aspects of the employee life cycle. He holds multiple patents in his industry and is a proud independent Authorized Partner for Everything DiSC®, PXT Select™, and The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team™. Since 2010 he has worked with organizations of various sizes and industries helping them develop extraordinary leaders and employees. In addition to being a Board Member of Columbia SHRM and a national SHRM member, Jim is a past Board member of ATD Midlands and the Lexington Chamber of Commerce. He is active in several civic organizations, is an Adjunct Instructor in the PMBA Program at the Darla Moore School of Business, and a mentor to Graduate level students in the MHR Program.

The finished product was training that was not only engaging for our team but also very specific to our company. The content related well to the work and situations that our employees experience.
